Hello, my name is Ari Nurchotimah, you can call me Ari. I
was born in Jakarta, October 5th 2000. I’m still 17 years old right
now, soon I will 18 years old. I live at Grand Depok City with my
family. I have one older sister, one older brother, and one younger brother. My
sister and brother are college student at Indonesia University. They’re major a
Biology, same with my father. My younger brother are a elementary school student.
He’s in 6th grade now. My hobby is listening music, reading book,
playing badminton, watching movie. My favorite color is black, white, blue, and
red. I like to read a novel with genre fantasy-adventure or romance. For
movie I love horror, action, fantasy, cartoon, and romance-comedy. My favorite
novel is Harry Potter and The Hobbit. My favorite movie is Harry Potter, The
Hobbit, Titanic, Avatar, The Conjuring, IT, The Nun, Avengers, Moana, Black
Panther, etc. My favorite food is Indonesian food, like chicken satay, fried
chicken, etc. My favorite drink is milk.
By the way, I’m a kpop addict. I love the song, Korean
drama, and movie. I don’t know why Korean song is really good even I need to
read the translation from the lyrics but they song is super good and some of
them is easy listening and have a addict part. Also for Korean drama, the story
is amazing and when you watch it you gonna be like “oh my god! I want to be
that girl, it’s so romantic” but seriously it’s just a drama. It will rare to
happen in the real life or maybe never. Korean movie have a great story too
like Train to Busan, Flu, Pandora, Taxi, Hope, etc. First time I know kpop is
2010. I fallin in love when I watch Super Junior M music video, they’re song
was stuck in my head. But now I’m not really addict like I was at junior high
school and senior high school. I don’t know why but I’m just feel tired and try
to focus on my study right now. I’m still love the song and movie by the way.
I have one fun fact about me. First, when people first saw
me they would think that I was a fierce person because my eyes were slightly
sharp and gave me a cynical impression. But when they get to know me more
closely they will know that I am a person who is a little shy and doesn’t talk
much with people who are not too close. I will be noisy when I’m with my close
friends.
My dream actually I want to work at National Geographic,
make observations about certain animals and document them by making films such
as on national geographic channel if you have ever watched them. I think the
people who work in national geographic are very cool. They are people who still
care about nature and protect it when many people actually hunt animals without
thinking of the consequences if one animal becomes extinct, the food chain will
also change. They are willing to go away from home and devote themselves to
nature. It is amazing. But now I have to find a new dream. Now I’m an English
literature student and I’m still looking for what I will do after graduation. Actually
I want to be a translator or work in the library after graduating. It might
sound boring but in my opinion it’s a fun job. Can you imagine if you become a
translator then your name will be written in the books that you translate and
maybe some of your friends will realize if you are translating the book? Or can
you imagine working in the library you can read any books there? For people who
like to read it will be fun. You can fill your work time by reading books and
increasing your knowledge. Being a translator also you can work at home. I hope
this dream can realized in the future. Aamiin.
